If your employer offers Fitness Passport, you can use it here — the gym floor, every class on the timetable, the traditional sauna and 24/7 access, in a women-only fitness centre on Level 2 at Warringah Mall.
How it works
Three steps to training on your Fitness Passport
Fitness Passport is arranged through your employer, not through us, so the first step happens on their side.

Check with your employer
Fitness Passport is an employee benefit. Your HR team or your employer’s intranet will tell you whether your workplace participates and how to apply.
- Step two
Find us in the facility list
Search the Fitness Passport facility list for Body Shape Warringah Mall. We are on Level 2 of Westfield Warringah Mall, opposite Hoyts Cinemas.
- Step three
Come in and get set up
Bring your Fitness Passport details to reception and we will get you started. Call 02 9939 3311 first if you would rather check anything before you come in.

Fitness Passport questions
How do I know if my workplace offers Fitness Passport?
Ask your HR team, or check your employer’s intranet. Fitness Passport is arranged by the employer, so we cannot look it up for you.
Can I still do the free 7-day trial first?
Yes. The trial is open to anyone and there is no card taken, so it is a good way to see the centre before you sort anything out with your employer.
Is Kids Club covered?
Kids Club is charged separately from membership. Ask at reception for the current rate.
Who do I talk to about my Fitness Passport account?
Anything to do with your account, billing or eligibility goes through Fitness Passport and your employer. Anything to do with training here, call us on 02 9939 3311.
