The bit worth being honest about
Lock in for longer, or not at all
There are 24/7 budget chains minutes from here with a lower weekly rate. If price is the only thing that matters, they will win — and you should go there. What we can do is let you pick the commitment.
Why does a longer term cost less?
Because the model is different. A centre with staffed reception, a creche, eleven class formats and a sauna costs more to run than a room full of machines with a keypad on the door. A longer commitment is what lets us hold the weekly rate down — $31.95 on the 18-month term against $44.95 month to month.
What am I actually getting for the difference?
Classes, childcare, a sauna and a women-only floor. If you would use two of those four regularly, the maths usually lands here. If you would use none of them, it does not.
What if I do not want to commit at all?
Take the month-to-month membership at $44.95 a week. No lock-in, no minimum term, same access to everything. It costs $13 a week more than the 18-month rate, which is the honest price of keeping your options open.
What if my circumstances change?
Talk to us. We would rather have the conversation than have you stop coming. Call the centre on 02 9939 3311 and ask for the full written terms before you sign anything.
How do I know before committing to a year?
You do the free week first. That is exactly what it is for, and it is why there is no card taken for it.

Before you join
Membership questions
Can I try the centre before I join?
Yes. The free 7-day trial gives you full access to the gym floor, every class on the timetable, the sauna and Kids Club. There is no card taken and nothing starts automatically at the end of it.
What is the minimum term?
Our current full membership has a 12-month minimum term with a $49.50 sign-up fee. Ask us for the full written terms before you sign anything.
Is there a student or senior discount?
Yes. Bring a valid student card or seniors card and ask at reception, or call us and we will tell you the current concession rate.
Does the price change if I only use classes?
No. There is one membership and it covers everything, whether you only ever do Pilates or you use the gym floor at 5am every day.
What does the 50% off first 4 weeks apply to?
It is applied to your first four weekly payments when you join. Ask at reception for the current terms.

Not ready to commit to twelve months?
Start with the free week. It costs nothing, there is no card on file, and you will know by day three whether this is your gym.
