Fully equipped gym floor
Resistance machines, free weights, a functional area, and a cardio zone of treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and steppers. The equipment was refurbished within the last two years.
Group fitness studios
Group fitness classes through the week, plus a dedicated Pilates studio.
24/7 access
Full member access day or night, every day of the year.
Traditional sauna
A members-only traditional sauna for recovery after training.
Nutrition and lifestyle coaching
Diet consultations, meal planning and lifestyle guidance with certified nutritionists.

An on-site creche for children from 6 weeks to 12 years, so you can train while they are looked after. Charged separately from membership.
The gym floor was refurbished within the last two years, so the machines, free weights and cardio equipment you train on are current rather than inherited.

How does 24/7 access work?
Full member access is genuinely 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and it is included in membership rather than charged as an add-on. Reception is staffed during the day and the team will set up your after-hours access when you join.
Do I need to book classes in advance?
Classes are included in membership and run on the published timetable. Turn up a few minutes early for the busy morning and evening sessions, particularly the busy morning and evening slots.
Is there childcare, and what does it cost?
Yes — Kids Club is our on-site creche, for children from 6 weeks to 12 years. It is charged separately from your membership: $13.95 a week added to your direct debit, or $9.50 a casual visit. It runs Mon–Fri 8.15am–11.30am and Sat 8am–11.45am, and is staffed by qualified childcare staff.
How long am I committing to?
That is up to you. There are three memberships: $31.95 a week on an 18-month term, $36.95 on 12 months, or $44.95 a week month to month with no lock-in at all. All three have a $49.50 sign-up fee, and there is a student and senior discount. Ask us for the full terms before you sign anything.
