Your first drop-off

What actually happens

The first time is the only hard one. Here is how it goes.

  1. On arrival

Sign them in at Kids Club

You bring them with you and sign in at the room. Tell the staff anything they should know — allergies, a comfort toy, that your daughter is shy for the first ten minutes.

  2. Settling

Stay as long as you need to

Some children walk straight in. Some want you to sit with them for a few minutes. Both are completely normal and nobody is going to hurry you out.

  3. While you train

You are minutes away, not miles

Kids Club is inside the centre, on the same floor as the studios. If you are needed, someone comes and gets you. You are not driving back from anywhere.

  4. Pick up

    Sign them out and go

Come back when your session finishes and sign them out. That is the whole process.

Parents ask

The things you are actually worried about

  • What if she cries the whole time?

Then someone comes and gets you, and you cut the session short. Most children settle within a few visits once the room stops being unfamiliar, but nobody is going to leave a distressed child to it.

  • How far away from her will I be?

Inside the same centre, on the same floor. Kids Club is at Level 2, Westfield Warringah Mall, opposite Hoyts Cinemas, a short walk from the studios and the gym floor.

  • My baby is only a few months old.

Kids Club takes children from 6 weeks up to 12 years. Talk to the staff on your first visit about feeds and sleeps so the timing works around them rather than against them. From 12, girls can train in the gym itself instead.

  • Does it cost extra per child?

Kids Club is an add-on, not part of the membership: $13.95 a week by direct debit, or $9.50 for a casual visit. A small additional fee applies for each extra child.

  • Do I have to book a spot?

No. Bring them with you and sign in when you arrive. If you are coming to a very busy class time, arriving a few minutes early makes the drop-off calmer.

  • What if I only ever come at 6am, or on a Saturday?

Kids Club runs Mon–Fri 8.15am–11.30am and Sat 8am–11.45am. Outside those hours the centre is still open 24/7, so an early session before the household wakes up is an option too.

House rules

What we ask of parents

A short list, so the room works for everyone using it.

  • No health records needed

You do not need to bring immunisation records or a health form to use Kids Club.

  • Stay on site

Remain in the centre for the whole session so we can reach you in a minute if we need to.

  • Sign in and out

Every child is signed in on arrival and signed out by the same adult who dropped them off.

  • Tell us what we should know

Allergies, medical needs, a comfort item, or that today is a hard day. It all helps.

  • Unwell children stay home

If your child is unwell, please keep them home. It spreads through a small room fast.

The room

What the children actually do

A dedicated, enclosed play space rather than a corner of the gym floor.

  • Soft-play frame and slide
  • Ride-on toys and a floor play mat
  • Activity table for drawing and craft
  • Books, blocks and quiet-play toys
  • Separate from the gym floor and the studios

Why this matters more than the equipment list

The most common reason women stop training is not motivation. It is that there is nobody to watch the children between 9am and 12pm on a Tuesday. Kids Club exists so that stops being the deciding factor — and it is right here, so it is not another trip across town.
